SolveEverything built-in pathway references Prepared 19 October 2026. No experimental study dataset is included. Reactome release 97 pathway names and gene membership annotations: https://download.reactome.org/97/ReactomePathways.gmt.zip https://download.reactome.org/97/Ensembl2Reactome_All_Levels.txt Reactome database data and derived data files are dedicated under CC0-1.0: https://reactome.org/license https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ Human symbol sets retain the official GMT memberships, with Reactome IDs appended to names. Ensembl sets keep only gene IDs (not protein/transcript IDs) for the named organism. Parent and child pathways are both present and overlap. Mouse symbol sets join Reactome mouse Ensembl gene memberships to gene_symbol annotations in Ensembl release 116 mouse protein FASTA headers: https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-116/fasta/mus_musculus/pep/Mus_musculus.GRCm39.pep.all.fa.gz Ensembl project-generated data are available without restriction, subject to the provider's data disclaimer: https://www.ensembl.org/info/about/legal/disclaimer.html 85 gene memberships without a symbol match were omitted; set memberships are deduplicated. No case conversion or human-to-mouse title-case conversion was used. Mouse Reactome pathways include computational inference, not independent experimental validation of every mouse pathway: https://reactome.org/documentation/inferred-events The catalog records source URLs, species, release, counts and SHA-256 for each bundled asset. PROVENANCE.json records preparation inputs. No Reactome figure, logo, website implementation, FoamTree software or article text is included. Use all tested genes as background/rank input, not only significant DE genes. Matching is exact and case-sensitive. Ensembl version suffixes are not removed. Enrichment is an association and does not establish pathway activation or cause.
